TRUCKS?!  With gas prices at $4.00/gal and rising?! 

This must be verified and sent to the Indy and Extra! 

Charles Çounty is a very small county so why the heck do they “need” any form of transportation provided by the TAXPAYERS?

They’ve got their friggin nerve - first they build a stadium with $9M+ from the county taxpayers, then another million for the ice rink plus another $72K for a “manager” and now how many hundreds of thousands for cars/trucks PLUS GAS?!

THEY DISPLAY A COMPLETE AND TOTAL CONTEMPT OF THE TAXPAYERS!!!

JUST A BUNCH OF SMALL TIME POLITICAL HACKS IN SEARCH OF THE BIG TIME!!

  Well, cars/trucks -whatever they are- it’s a vehicle to ride their political butts around and wouldn’t be suprised that maybe they would pull a “DEEN” trick at the gas pumps as well.

Why would the commissioners need a truck, instead of a car to drive?  Does anyone know if all the commissioners have had county cars to drive since the election? And, if so, do the part time commissioners get to drive the cars full time?

Hopefully the Indy or Post will look into this.  If this is the case, with all the Çommissioners, full & part-time getting cars/trucks, it would tell me that’s one reason for our property tax increases -  to pay for the vehicles and the GAS!

Like I say, a bunch of small time political hacks who think they’re “entitled” to these “perks” - BUT where in the Çounty Çode does it say they’re allowed to have this vehicles???

I wonder who else has one - I know Comfort does, but does Fink or Beall?
