Bill No. 2008-12

Notice is hereby given that the County Commissioners of Charles County will hold a Public Hearing on proposed Bill No. 2008-12 on October 22, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room located in the Charles County Government Building, La Plata, Maryland.

The proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance is to add language to the Zoning Ordinance to allow ancillary uses related General Aviation Airports in the Business Park (BP) Zone. The proposed amendment adds to Chapter 297, Article IV, § 63, Figure IV-1 Table of Permissible Uses and Article VI § 91Commercial Zones, Code of Charles County (June, 2006 Edition).
