Bill No. 2008-13

Notice is hereby given that the County Commissioners of Charles County will hold a Public Hearing on proposed Bill No. 2008-13 on October 22, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room located in the Charles County Government Building, La Plata, Maryland.

The proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance is to amend Article VI, § 88-Rural Zones, § 89-Village Zones, § 91- Commercial Zones, § 92-Industrial Zones; Article VII, § 108- Planned Employment and Industrial (PEP) Parks, § 110-Design Guidelines and Requirements, and Article XVIII, § 298-General Site Design Standards to remove the Site Design and Architectural Review Board (SDARB) as a reviewing board and authorizes staff to serve as the Site Design and Architectural Reviewer.
