CSM Awarded $1 Million High Growth Job Training Grant
The College of Southern Maryland has been awarded a $1-million High Growth Job Training Initiative grant through the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration. CSM is one of only 11 projects selected from 171 applicants nationwide.
The funding will support CSM’s development of a Center for Energy and Trades Training, a project that will provide potential workers with skills-based job training to enter careers in the energy industry.

- 1. · I hope the first takers of persons looking for new jobs are Cooper and the Puppets. They can become experts in how to remove all available clean ground water and then use that nice seasoned WSSC use to be crap water. Sounds like a energy plan, they have experience.
