**GET INVOLVED - VOLUNTEER**

The Charles County Commissioners invite and encourage residents to get involved in local government by volunteering to serve on a Board, Committee or Commission.

Join hundreds of County employees, elected officials, Board, Committee and Commission members and other volunteers that work to make Charles County a better place to live, work and play.

Another listing has been added to the current vacancies on the Commissioner Appointed Boards, Committees and Commissions.  Online applications are available on the Charles County Government website at http://www.charlescounty.org/apps/workgroups/publicview/ or by contacting Doremus Jenkins, Commissioner Specialist at 301-645-0691 or email jenkinsd@charlescounty.org .

  • 1. · I see there are 2 vacancies for the Water Resources Advisory Committee - one for a citizen (from an urban area) and one for a well driller.

    I know there are many people here at the DD who would be very good representatives for the Board...

    SO PLEASE, MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND APPLY!!!!
