  • 2. · Funny thing is, this rumor he went on the radio to debunk that has "buzzed" on local blogs and social gatherings has NOT been on Delusional Duck.

    He can feel sorry for us all he wants, and may want those who spread the rumors "brought to justice" but Delusional Duck hasn't been part of the process. He's barking up the wrong tree if he was implying we were involved.

    Let me clarify that. The rumor was posted on the Forums late at night on August 31 by an anonymous registered user. It was closed by early morning on September 1. It hasn't been discussed since.

"There's so much that can happen because of this … children have been killed because of stuff on the Internet. Rumors have always been here from the beginning of time. Think about it, Christ was hung on the cross because of rumors."
    What a load! Please correct me if I'm mistaken, but I have read through as many pertinent posts as I could here at the Duck and it certainly doesn't appear that anyone started any rumors. Commenting on rumors, sure. Where's the crime there? you know, if Cooper hadn't been the point-man for the most secretive group of county commissioners in recent memory, maybe his credibility would be less suspect.

    I don't know if any of this crap is true or not but for so many people to be spreading the same trash around, one has to wonder how it got started. Why would anyone attack a guy who isn't even in office anymore? Cooper says that perhaps "people" are trying to get to his former co-commissioners. If these rumors are all untrue, then why wouldn't those "people" have just accused those other commissioners directly? The whole mess just doesn't pass the smell test.

    My fellow comrades of The People’s Republic of Maryland have spoken. Now, hopefully, someone will make my house payment for me!

  • 8. · I heard this rumor on Monday. I heard it from a very credible source, but obviously my source's source was wrong.

    As for Cooper bringing up the KKK, Hitler and other such STUPID NONSENSE, it just proves what many of us have know all along - that he's not ready for prime time, in more ways than one.
