Planning Commission: Amendment PDZA #08-20

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Charles County will conduct a public meeting on the proposed Planned Development Zone Amendment PDZA #08-20, Master Plan at their regularly scheduled meeting on September 22, 2008, at 7:00 p.m., in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room of the Charles County Government Building, La Plata, Maryland. The applicant, H. H. Hunt, has requested approval of the Master Plan for PDZA #08-20 on property located off of Vivian Adams Drive in Waldorf, also known as Tax Map 15, Grid 5, Parcel 197.
