Rumor has it…
...that Ken Robinson, of the Swan Point HOA, was selected last week by the Commissioners to fill a vacancy on the Board of Zoning and Appeals.

- 1 · I heard a rumor that Ken Robinson is going to run against Sam Graves. Anyone else hear this?

Isn't there a Gay Forum that you can use to reveal that huge surprise? This affected verbage just sickens me. Not that there is anything wrong with it.

Is this Robinson a direct or distant relation to the Robinsons who are land scions of property along Rt.925 and other locations? If so, wouldn't it be questionable for such a person to be a member on the Board of Zoning and Appeals even if not in conflict with the point of law and/or decisions then at least suspect regarding the spirit of law and/or decisions? Maybe this is one reason some people should not object to the Commissioners seeking to fill vacancies from outside of Charles County. Those people, at least, have no vested personal interest in decision-making other than what they believe is correct rather than what might serve their own best interests or those of their close family and friends.

Perhaps, but it is your post/s as well as her's/his that I refer too. Neither one of you see this type of familiarity being expressed in any other post herein, so even if you think that it is acceptable and/or preferable, you must concede that it is out of the norm for this forum. Not that there is anything wrong with it.
