Real-time travel signs become real pain for drivers

It seems the information being displayed is so interesting, that drivers are slowing down to read.

“Now, there are new messages on the overhead signs, telling us how long it’s going to take to get to the BW Parkway exit and the 95 interchange. Before each of these boards, traffic comes to an almost stop! This is ridiculous!”
